Corrections House Announce Full US Tour; New Album in 2015
Well folks, looks like 2015 is going to be plenty apocalyptic. No doubt it would anyway, what with the endless wars, global warming and ramping up of the presidential campaign, but a little Corrections House never hurts either, unless you count that special punched-in-the-face-with-sound feeling they’re so good at eliciting. The semi-industrial supergroup — yeah, that’s right, I said it — will embark on a coast-to-coast US run beginning at the end of this month in scenic Boston, MA, before working their way south, west and eventually back north up the West Coast.
They do so heralding the coming of a new album in 2015, to be released by Neurot Recordings in what will surely be one of the year’s most anticipated and destructive outings. If you’ll recall, Corrections House‘s debut, Last City Zero, was a speaker-blowing force.

CORRECTIONS HOUSE – the bastard sound manipulations of Mike IX Williams (Eyehategod), Scott Kelly (Neurosis), Bruce Lamont (Yakuza), Sanford Parker (Minsk) and their recently abducted minister of propaganda, Seward Fairbury – are readying for another round of US live incursions. Set to commence on November 30th in Boston, Massachusetts, the collective will raze nineteen metropolises, with the journey coming to a ceremonial close on December 20th. The tour follows the band’s crushing performance at this year’s Housecore Horror Film Fest.

CORRECTIONS HOUSE released their Last City Zero debut full-length via Neurot Recordings last year.
