SOL Sonic Ride Wiesbaden Set for June 27

It was first held in Cologne last year and is set to take place in Wiesbaden in 2026 on June 27 with Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats and Truckfighters to headline. Sounds killer, right? It probably is.
Supported by the likes of Electric Citizen, Yawning Man, Daevar and Dirty Sound Magnet, with the gleeful weirdos in Green Milk From the Planet Orange, as well as The Heavy Eyes (new record) and Darmstadt fuzzy blissmakers Os Solair rounding out, it’s a strong all-dayer bill, not trying to be unmanageable or give you more than you can see, but instead making it worthwhile to get there early and hang in for the duration.
The arguments for doing so occur on a per-band basis, and I recognize that not everybody is in or can get to Wiesbaden, but here’s this off the PR wire just in case you haven’t made plans for the end of the month yet:

SOL Sonic Ride Wiesbaden is a one-day heavy music festival presented by the underground record label Sound Of Liberation and Schlachthof Wiesbaden, bringing together leading acts from the stoner, doom, psychedelic and hard rock scenes. The event takes place at Schlachthof Wiesbaden with an additional open air Stage and outdoor hangout area with DJs, food stands, drinks and more, offering a full day of heavy music, and immersive live performances across three stages.
Featuring an international lineup of bands from across the heavy underground, SOL Sonic Ride celebrates the spirit of the global Stoner and Psych community in an intense festival atmosphere. After the first edition in 2025 – celebrating 20 years of Sound of Liberation – the heavy music scene gathering comes back to Wiesbaden with a massive lineup for Part IV on Saturday June 27th 2026!
