Philadelphia’s Heavy Temple were previously confirmed for Hopsmoker Fest at Widowmaker Brewing in Braintree, MA (right next to Boston), and that looks like a good ol’ time. Enough to build a tour around, certainly. This run goes as far north as Portland, Maine, and inland enough to cover Detroit and Chicago, so there’s no lack of ground covered, but I guess you’d still call it ‘East Coast’ because it’s the Eastern half of the country. The trio previously spent a month and a half on the road in the US, going coast-to-coast in 2024 around the time their latest album, Garden of Heathens (review here), was released through Magnetic Eye. I don’t know if a corresponding ‘West Coast-plus’ run is scheduled or in the works, but I wouldn’t be surprised. They go with Tennessee’s Waxed supporting.

As I recall, Garden of Heathens sat for a while before it was released, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the band have new stuff at some stage of ‘in the works,’ but I don’t know that either. New material or old, they remain a blast live, and here’s where they’ll be, as hoisted off socials:
