Last night at three in the morning, when I was awake for gawd only knows what reason, the Obelisk hit count for the month of September was at 6,999 and it had moved on to October 1. So that was all I was getting. Still pretty good for one month, but kind of a bummer to be so close and not get there.

Some benevolent interwebular force clearly at work, when I checked it just now to confirm for this post, it was precisely 7,000, which for the last couple days, has been my goal. That’s the first time there have been that many hits in one month, and though it’s not as much growth as there was from July to August, it’s up from 6,929, and given the relative lack of time I’ve had to dedicate to posting, I’m definitely more than satisfied.
