Also, it’s rad the Mrs. was able to check out a show at Ash Street Saloon. By far my favorite hang/spot to see a show here by far, for a number of reasons. It used to be “our” bar, but they hardly book anybody here anymore. All the good bar shows happen on the east side now (or at least as my disgruntled west side perspective goes).

Had no idea Argonaut was still around. I saw the name on the bill, but figured it was another (imposter) band. I hadn’t heard the name in ages.

Saw them at the Seattle date. Did not disappoint. They seemed genuinely enthused and grateful to be there and interacted well with the crowd, although they seemed to have a little trouble with English. There were lots of people in the crowd that seemed to know who they were too (which surprised me for a uncrowded Friday night show with a $6 cover) and were shouting out requests. I picked up a copy of the vinyl (which looks amazing btw) and can’t wait to hear what they come up with next.
