Seriously, what a huge loss.

And if you dig them I can't recommend their first (I think?) album A New Machine For Living enough...the first time I heard it I thought it was passable instrumental rock...but every listen thereafter made me appreciate it more, brilliant on several levels...fantastic album.

And this new one is great too...perfect driving music.

Glad to see Turing Machine mentioned...I have an old flatland BMX video that I used to watch when it was current, and I always dug the instrumental music in it. Checked the credits, and it was Turing Machine. Plus, you gotta love the band name if you're a science geek.

But my hat's off to Karl Hungus for sending me this...it's fucking killing me. It's like Inquisition's riffs set to death metal vocals. Killer shit.

Nice to see some love for Turing Machine. I saw them in 2004 or 2005 and they were tight as a nun's cunt. Jerry was an amazing drummer...his restraint and precision were unmatched. His death was so tragic.
