One of the greatest albums I've ever heard. Those charging riffs! The anguished vocals and overall majesty of this record are undeniable.
The great surprise of this occult masterpiece is that it can, at times, be rather....uplifting? It's true, Chad incorporates a lot of timeless (psych harp) melodies that remind me of a dreamy 'The Cure' guitarwork (17 seconds), but with the overall patient crunch of Glenn Tipton.
All the instruments/arrangement are Chad Davis and lyrics/vocals are Phil Swanson.
