New releases?
Obscure tracks?
Whole albums?

The streaming of albums can be an itchy subject. But I do, indeed, support it. A few weeks back there was a bunch of stuff like Lanegan's latest, the new Orange Goblin, and a few other cool albums that are no longer streaming, but definitely made me put them on thee 'ol purchase list. Good stuff for sure, and I know there will be more. Post 'em if ya got 'em!

npr.org is going to stream the new High on Fire album on Monday March 26th. A week before it's available.
this is from HoF FB...
Get a “First Listen” of “De Vermis Mysteriis” via NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO (NPR)! A full album stream starts Monday March 26 and will run through the record’s April 3 release date on NPR.org

Looking forward to the album and will buy it asap.

Yeah I use sites like this for most of new albums previewing. essential for me.
thanks for the HOF link. I hope this thread stays active because I'm usually last to find these even if they are on common sites I should check on the regular.

The point was to try and keep it active. It'll slip, but it would be nice to be able to check it out once a week and see what kind of new stuff is out there.

Was checking out some of the other stuff going on over at NPR and found this little gem...

http://www.npr.org/2011/12/29/144345541/psych-rock-redefined-the-reissues-of-2011

Jokers. Check that shit out. Forty years ago. From Tehran. Say what?!?! I wonder if there is anything, even remotely as cool as that, going down over in Iran these days.

Shah right.

if you like old HOF, Church Of Misery, some El Wiz that sort of stuff, this is up your alley. Supposedly only demo recordings but suberb sound and really captivating riffs 'n vocals. Not original but still, good enough.

I like where this is going. Good stuff!

This may be old news, but I just found a this link.
Not sure if its the whole thing, but I'm thinking it is.
I know it's not the same as the vinyl running through some warm tubes and into your cosmic smoke den, but its not bad.

And, Ufomammut just announced they will stream the new one on roadburn.com.
