Loved seeing the Red Wings lose to the Flyers last night.

to get them within 24 points of the 8 spot in the West, 7 points of 29th overall.
bet Nash is loving his NTC , and that limited set of teams he'd be willing to play for.

Bet the NHL can't wait to move this team to Canada ... in '13 (aka after the next lockout)

Shanahan once again suspended one of our players after "taking in consideration" a suspension from 2 years ago when once again the CBA says repeat offender status is 18 months. Suspension was deserved, but considering he dished out the same amount of days to the guy that knocked out leading goal scorer for the past 4 months (AND FUCKED ME IN FANTASY HOCKEY)..he's just a train wreck.

sure.
another couple of top 5 picks, and they'll be almost as good as Edmonton, which has to be a step in the right direction....

I fucking love this time of year. Especially when your battling for a playoff spot with 5 other teams all of which are less than three points away from each other.

Great win for the Avs tonight against the Sabres. Down to the last second, Mr McGuinn saves the day.

Unless you're a Sharks fan whose offense is floundering, traded away ginner, and is no longer a shoe-in for the play offs.

I need another beer.

I mean this in the nicest way I can, Audi0phile. But if San Jose can kindly lose to Nashville tonight (preferably in regulation), that way we only have to contend with Calgary and LA. K thx bye!

edit: it should be noted I'm only asking this because we couldn't get two points tonight in New Jersey. If my team can't win NO ONE CAN!!!!!!

The Red Wings are in a free-fall. Finally got Howard back, and Bertuzzi last night...lost to LA 5-2, and Anaheim 4-0. Please hurry up, Datsyuk and Lidstrom. I think we may have already lost the Central Division to St. Louis with this skid, but at least get back and right the ship as much as possible.

Ah cool, the Blues lost to Carolina tonight.

Those teams are scary-good. The Blues have been so incredibly consistent, and so stingy on defense...but you have to wonder if their first time back in the playoffs in a long time will go like the regular season. Nashville, on the other hand, has playoff experience in recent years.

I'm gonna go ahead and say that it's pretty doubtful that Detroit will win the division now. Lidstrom just stopped traveling with the team and went back to Detroit for more check-ups, and Datsyuk is day-to-day. I just don't see the Blues collapsing and Detroit winning almost all of their last 11 games.

We have a fucking losing record on the road this year. Currently 22nd on the PP and 20th on the PK. Baffling.

Sorry Crutch, no can do...didn't (thank god).

I'll be at the Red Wings game tomorrow, screaming my ass off. Shit's gonna be crazy, I don't even want to think about the bars afterwards. Hopefully we still have the Wing's number, even after all these crazy trades...

The philly pens game was absolutely awesome yesterday. I still can't believe Harts has put up 35 goals.

I Don't have much hope going into tonights game against the wings. The game against Winnipeg was a nail biter (but great, those have been some of the best games to watch this season).. The Hawks schooled the caps last night..that was just painful to watch..looked like high schoolers out against an actual NHL team. That 7-1 game handed to Detroit earlier this season isn't going to be forgotten about either.
