so if Atlanta makes it to the finals he's there? haha. love how Mendenhall tore his ACL the last game, they were saying he wouldn't make it through the season because of his bin laden seeing no justice comments on twitter, the site of professionalism, but man was he having some good games, the Steelers were unstoppable until that. Redman isn't half of Mendenhall, now their backs coach is in a drug induced coma after severely burned in a fire? go from the best team ever to needing key guys. feel so emotional.

bulls still cruising along. two stinkers so far, but a couple of nice easy wins. which reminds me, is anyone here a wizards fan? sweet jesus is that team bad, makes me feel bad for John Wall.

They look more like the Washington Generals. Might be a good time to stock up on Wizards gear though...the way the league goes sometimes, they could be in the Conference finals in three years. I'm predicting a big turnaround!

john wall looks bad too. He isn't making anyone on that team better. He isn't really doing much himself. Why did they draft jan vesely in the draft?

Nuggets looking good so far this season and had a nice win over Miami last night. I've been watching more basketball this season than I have watched in years, bummer I have to drop my cable this Monday.

It's been a great start to the season, maybe even an argument that the season should always be 66 games or so. Never been happier to get every Laker & Clipper game on cable or I'd have to consider a NBA package that I can't afford.

I can deal with losing basketball, even though I have been thoroughly enjoying it this season. My issue is going to be what happens come baseball season, as I don't think I can survive without my MLB fix.

And I agree that this shortened and consolidated season is much more interesting.

I agree with you. This shortened season is making those overpaid crybabys work for their millions. Ty Lawson has been fantastic so far too but we all knew that was coming anyways

Dwight Howard has now added the Clippers to the teams he would like to be traded too. To bad he won't be traded there since the Clippers have nothing to send to the Magic because they sure as hell won't be trading Griffin or Paul

he dunked on 12 foot rim with 2 hands. I can't dunk 2 hands on 11 foot rims.

Saw that dunk during the game, but had the sound off and didn't totally catch how awesome it was until the replay. There were at least 5 other great dunks too. Chris Paul was on fire, so were the perimeter shooters. Big statement by the Clips to beat 2 of the top 5 teams back to back, this one was never close. Maybe one of the bigger wins in Clippers history?

Bad night to have Harden on my fantasy squad, but those are rare from him.

I guess I'm just not enough of a baller to have been able to predict what a big stick Philly has been swinging this year. Obviously the Celtics had issues coming into the season, but I really thought the Knicks were going to step up. The Sixers? Who needs A.I. when you got...ex -Clipper Elton Brand? I don't even know who else is on that team. Theo Ratliff? Maybe I should start watching their games. Samuel Dalembert?

Wikipedia told me Ratliff is apparently retired. and that's Evan Turner, him I remember from his days at Ohio State. Specifically a game where he had a back injury and came in the second half to basically steal the game from Purdue, even after Robbie Hummel hit like 8 threes...

But this is the NBA. I looked at the roster...Thaddeus Young is still on the squad. He might be the only remaining player from the Celtics/Sixers exhibition game I went to at UMass in 2008.

As far as the West, I'm definitely interested in a strong Thunder/Clippers rivalry. Bring the dunks. Young teams (Billups aside) with a lot of flair for the dramatic.
