I want to buy one but really know nothing about them I want a decent one that i can rip also MP3 if I want.

Willing to spend from 350 to 500.

I recently got a Pro-ject Debut III and I love it. Clocked in just under $400 with tax. I know there's a version of it out there that has a USB attachment. You might check that out. I had a Sony with a USB cord and it had a lot of background noise. Didn't like it at all.
