fancy goal, and the hawks gave up a guy that likely would never have made the team. the question remains, does this give the hawks a better shot at another cup? I'm not really sure it does.

He's a responsible 2nd/3rd line center with offensive prowess..not a bad addition IMO.

Fuck, this is the weirdest All Star game in awhile....no Crosby, no Ovechkin, Byfuglien is still injured, etc. I'm sure that Couture felt awesome being picked last in the Fantasy Draft, heh heh.

By being picked last he won a brand new Honda car.

So datsyuk missed his shootout opportunity, while I'm tellin my babe "this guy is a fuckin ledgeng", so much for the redwings (Howard was a sieve for that shit). WTF is Stamkos made from, cause that's some tricky shit. 108.8 mph, uh, fuck no, I don't want to be near that thing.

I need more gin, still not drunk enough.

Good for Gagner. Of all of the division rivals of the Avs, I actually don't hate Edmonton.

Minnesota though, THEM I hate. #AvsAreDoomed.

BIG win for the Wings last night in Vancouver. We're now 6-0 in shootouts this season. After completely sucking last season, Hudler sure has returned to form in this one. Got the game-winner.

Knew that game was lost as soon as it went to shoot out, Canucks didn't deserve the win anyway.

I hate giving any Canuck any credit ever, but fair play to Bieska. Makes the save on the empty net, comes back to score the game tying goal. Just awesome.

Panic in Hawk town.
everyone but Toews should be traded, and everyone should be fired.

I just want them to win a game so all the moronic band-wagon fans shut up about "how to fix the hawks"

it is out of control.

Don't worry. They play the Avs next, they will turn it around.

What an ugly weekend for the Flyers. They need a defenseman bad.

Speaking of needing things bad, if last night's shit-performance by Conklin in net (while Howard is out with a broken finger) wasn't enough evidence, how about all of the other shit-performances he's turned in this year? Dude's GA average is 3.2....

And all I hear about is that with $5 million in cap space (for once!), the Wings are looking for a top-6 forward with some grit, and a gritty defenseman to fill the 5-6 spot.

If Howard gets hurt or doesn't play every single game in the playoffs, we're screwed. Since I still think Holland is the smartest GM in the league, surely he's gonna make the smart move. Punt Conklin. MacDonald came in and did a good job once Conklin was pulled, but we need someone with more experience.

Yeah, that's crazy! Good for him or any other player that manages that. I heard that they gave him all three stars in the game. That's awesome!

^^ Can't say I'm sorry about your Hawks. But some of us need those points.

In other news, any predictions to what this is going to be about?
