after the last one I don't really have high expectations for this one.

then again, Prowler In The Yard is the only album that gets any spin time from me these days.

Yeah, nothing I've heard from these guys tops Prowler. Such a brutal record.

Yeah, looking forward to this. One of my favorite grind bands. "Terrifyer" is awesome.

"Terrifyer" is the only one I have. I was real into it for a bit, but I never picked up Phantom Limb despite the high praise it was receiving at the time. People seem amped for the this new one, which is a great thing for a band that has been dormant for a while. The great ones don't get forgotten.

I have no idea why anyone would not enjoy Phantom Limb, unless they were only into disco.

"Prowler in the Yard" was enough for me. That sounds pretty negative but that record is fantastic and the more recent ones didn't quite make that standard for me.

I love Terrifyer and Phantom Limb and I have a big rock boner for Book Burner. I never got around to going back and checkin' out Prowler In The Yard. Sounds like I need to fix that.

Phantom Limb was a big disappointment to me, but I'll still check this out. Here's hoping they don't use that Baroness dude's terrible artwork this time.

See, for me, it's getting to where I like the art better than the music. But then again, that's the case with a lot of bands these days.

Prowler In The Yard is still my favorite but I do like all the rest. I'll give this new one just as much of a chance as the rest.

I've been throwing out shitloads of tapes since I finally got a cd player in my coche. Kept a couple boxes, generally stuff I don't have on any other format. To some people, cassettes are "neat" or "retro", but for me there was nothing inherently desirable or appealing about them, it was definitely function way over fashion. I had four cars with tape decks and a couple old boom boxes that did "yeoman's work" as they say for more than half my life, and I don't mind leaving most of that behind. The idea that people are pumped to buy a cassette is more odd than vinyl worship to me. Records at least look cool.

So's "techno", so I avoid it.
